Semester A: Get ready to dig deep beneath the water table to examine how plants and ecosystems impact the world of agriculture science. In this course, you will explore the uses and life cycle of plants as well as plant parts, genetics, functions, and processes. You will also develop an understanding of the horticulture industry, ethical impact and trends of the trade, and career opportunities in this fruitful field. Grab your gloves and prepare to leach some agriscience knowledge.

Semester B: Science and technology are revolutionizing many areas of our lives, and agriculture is no exception! From aquaculture to generic engineering, agriscience is finding new ways to better produce and manage plants, animals and other natural resources. In Agriscience 2, you’ll build on your existing knowledge of plan and animal science and delve deeper into important areas such as soil science and week management. You’ll also explore research on plan and animal diseases as well as the insects and other pests that can impact agricultural enterprises and natural resources.
